Optimize the Salesforce marketing icon (#69547)
* perf: Optimize the Salesforce marketing icon
Optimize 1 shipped image without changing file names, formats or dimensions.
The set shrinks from 31 KB to 7.8 KB (75%). Each lossy file keeps a luma SSIM of at
least 0.98 against its trunk copy and a ssimulacra2 score of at least 80.
