    Tests: Remove redundant registration cleanup from term and taxonomy tests.

    `WP_UnitTestCase_Base::set_up()` resets post types, taxonomies, and non-built-in post statuses before each test. Per-test unregister calls added to these term, category, and taxonomy tests repeated that reset, so remove them.

    Also remove the class-level taxonomy cleanup in the `get_tag_link()` and `get_term_link()` tests. Keep scenario-specific unregister calls.

    Follow-up to [64844], [64845], [64846], [64856], [64862], [65014], [65015], [65016], [65017], [65018], [65019], [65020], [65024], [65025], [65026].
