    Tests: Cover plugin paused-state and recovery functions.

    Add coverage for `is_plugin_paused()`, `wp_get_plugin_error()`, and `resume_plugin()`, including successful removal of paused state and failure to resume. Restore the original recovery-mode state after each test.
