    devops : update musa sdk image (#4123)

    * devops : update musa sdk image

    This commit updates the MUSA SDK image in the Dockerfile. The new
    version is 5.2.0, and the image is now pulled from a different registry.

    This aligns with the image and version used in llama.cpp and resolves
    the current CI failure.
