    new: ci: Add a how-to-proceed hint in SSH-confirmed jobs

    SHH-confirmed jobs now print a hint with the command needed, plus the
    link to the corresponding docs.

    This commits adds a hint for the "staging", "publish-private" and
    "publish" jobs, but it can be extended in other by adding new hints
    in the variable "SSH_RUN_HINT".
