    bgpd: check the default BGP instance in the SRv6 unicast functions

    bgp_srv6_unicast_sid_withdraw() and bgp_srv6_unicast_delete() check that
    the instance is in the default VRF, while the SRv6 unicast SIDs belong
    to the default BGP instance: check the instance type, as the 'sid
    export' command does.
