    .github/workflows: update macOS runners amid macos-14 image retiring

    Switch macos-14 runner to macos-15 in "no-shared-macos" job in ci.yml;
    actualise the list of images in "macos" job in os-zoo.yml by excluding
    macos-14 and including macos-26 and macos-26-intel images.
