    Assert ret val of av1_lookahead_peek() is not null

    In av1_init_parallel_frame_context(), assert the return value of the
    av1_lookahead_peek() call is not null.

    Fix Coverity defect CID 564383 Dereference null return value.

    Coverity is apparently affected by the two new av1_lookahead_peek()
    calls added in
    https://aomedia-review.googlesource.com/c/aom/+/216821. That CL did not
    modify the av1_lookahead_peek() function. However, it checks the return
    values of both av1_lookahead_peek() calls.
