Force LF line endings for shell scripts, patches and .mjs/.cjs/.yaml (#68565)
`.gitattributes` sets `* text=auto` and forces `eol=lf` for 11 extensions,
but not for several types the build tooling executes or parses. On Windows
those fall back to `core.eol` (CRLF) and break the build: `git apply`
rejects the `internal-build` type-override patches, and shell scripts
invoked as `sh ./script.sh` fail on the shebang line.
Add the missing extensions alongside the existing rules.
Closes #68564
