    Tests: Remove empty `collaboration` tests directory.

    When the real-time collaboration feature was removed, the test files in `tests/phpunit/tests/collaboration` were deleted but the directory itself was left in SVN. Since Git does not track empty directories, the Git mirror has no record of it, so every checkout that shares the SVN working copy reports it as missing.

    Follow-up to r62334, r62337.
