    ci : pass per-runner results dir to self-hosted jobs on T4 runners (#31100)

    The two T4 runners in the ggml-ci group (ggml-6-x86-vulkan-t4,
    ggml-8-x86-nvidia-a10) share the same labels and can both pick up the
    same jobs, so extend the per-runner results dir from #31046 to them.
