    Build/Test Tools: Make sure to preserve the contents of the uploads directory.

    - Removes an unnecessary call to `wp_delete_site()` that unexpectedly emptied the upload directory.
    - Adds a tear down method in `Tests_Fonts_FontLibraryHooks` to remove all fonts uploaded during the related tests.
