    Use the correct RRSIG type in refresh_time()

    refresh_time() decodes an RRSIG rdata into a dns_rdata_sig_t
    struct instead of a dns_rdata_rrsig_t one.

    This works because the two structs are identical and the build uses
    -fno-strict-aliasing, but it is still an aliasing violation.
