    Docs: Correct the `@param` tag in a `wp_is_internal_link()` test.

    The tag for `Tests_Link_WpIsInternalLink::test_wp_is_internal_link_returns_true_for_internal_urls()` named a `$path` parameter, but the parameter is `$scheme_and_path`. The data provider passes a URL format with a `%s` placeholder for the home host, not a path, so the description is updated as well.
