    Tests: Improve REST API test isolation.

    Reset REST authentication, widget registrations, sidebar state, theme features, and script globals so tests do not depend on execution order. Restore default widgets after the REST widget and sidebar test classes run.

    Use same-host URL fixtures for mocked font, attachment, and URL-details requests to avoid external DNS lookups during URL validation.
