    Tests: Mock remote image requests in cropping tests.

    Use a fixture-backed HTTPS stream wrapper in the `wp_crop_image()` URL tests. Preserve real image cropping and missing-image error checks without relying on remote servers. Restore the wrapper after each request and retain the OpenSSL requirement.

    Remove the successful URL test from the `external-http` group.
