    autodoc,embed.pl: Cope better with new Q flag

    The Q flag isn't irrelevant in autodoc.

    And it needs to be considered like the E flag in one previously
    overlooked instance in regen/embed.pl

    The next commits will use these capabilities that hadn't been fully
    exercised before.
