    Tests: Cover canonical and shortlink head output.

    Verify that `rel_canonical()` and `wp_shortlink_wp_head()` emit link elements for singular posts and suppress empty results. Cover filtered URLs and HTML escaping without repeating the getters' URL-construction tests.
