    Tests: Cover Calendar widget output and settings.

    Add coverage for `WP_Widget_Calendar` registration, rendered output with and without posts, title filtering, unique wrapper IDs, title sanitization, and settings form fields. Preserve the original instance counter and global `$posts` state between tests.
