    tests: changes in existing topotest based on existing behaviour

    test_evpn_disable_routemap removed the route-map applied to Type-5
    export on r2 by re-entering "advertise <afi> unicast" without it. That
    relied on the advertise options being absolute, where omitting the
    route-map cleared it.

    The advertise options are now additive: omitting an option leaves it as
    configured, and each option is removed through its own no form. The
    bare re-entry therefore kept rmap4/rmap6 applied, and r1 never received
    the prefixes the route-map filters.

    Remove the route-map with "no advertise <afi> unicast route-map
    RMAP_NAME" in both the IPv4 and IPv6 VTEP variants.
