    Stop running legacy JS tests in the Blocks Jest suite (#69213)

    The classic-assets job already runs them. The Blocks job runs them again
    with MSW, but a legacy-only PR does not trigger that job, so a test can
    pass on its PR and fail on trunk (see #69101, #69206).
