    Tests: Cover drop-in and must-use plugin discovery.

    Add coverage for `_get_dropins()`, `get_dropins()`, and `get_mu_plugins()`, including metadata, filtering, fallback names, sorting, and the 30-byte `index.php` threshold. Back up and restore existing drop-ins and must-use plugins to isolate filesystem fixtures.
