    Tests: Cover plugin package validation.

    Add coverage for `Plugin_Upgrader::check_package()`, including invalid packages, plugin header discovery, remote path mapping, and unmet PHP and WordPress requirements. Verify uploaded plugin data and restore the filesystem global after each test.
