    Tests: Expand post sitemap provider coverage.

    Cover `WP_Sitemaps_Posts` subtype filtering, URL entries, timezone handling, pagination, page counts, and filters. Use fixed modified dates with distinct local and GMT values to catch incorrect `lastmod` calculations.
