    Tests: Expand recovery mode cookie service coverage.

    Cover request cookies, explicit cookie precedence, filtered cookie lifetimes, and session ID extraction in `WP_Recovery_Mode_Cookie_Service`. Verify fallback authentication key and salt storage and reuse when the default secret keys are configured.
