    avfilter/vf_yadif_cuda: Pass 0 or 1 as skip_spatial_check

    The kernel takes a bool, but got the value 2 for the modes that skip
    the spatial interlacing check, which with a cuda-llvm build was taken
    as false, so modes 2 and 3 gave the output of modes 0 and 1.
