    Twenty Fifteen: Hide menu toggle button when JavaScript is disabled.

    Uses the `no-js` class to hide the toggle button that expands and collapses the secondary container (with a menu and/or widgets).

    Developed in https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/13719.
