    Tests: Cover template path traversal restrictions.

    Add regression coverage for `_wp_is_template_path_allowed()` and `locate_template()`, including allowed theme directories, rejected paths, and fallback template names. Verify that decoded page names containing directory traversal are omitted from the template hierarchy.

    Covers the restrictions introduced in [63792].
