    Security: Use `str_starts_with()` in the Secrets API test mocks.

    Replaces the `strpos()` comparisons in `Mock_Keyring::unwrap()` and `Mock_Store::list_names()` with `str_starts_with()`, matching the change to the Secrets API itself.

    Follow-up to [64337], [64344].
