    chg: dev: Split dns_name_t into two types

    The dns_name_t type is widely used through the codebase. It also
    occupies 64 bytes, which is a substantial overhead given that domain
    names are usually smaller than 32 bytes.

    Most of the overhead comes from the two intrusive linked lists and the
    hashmap pointer embedded in the type. Those intrusive linked lists are
    only used in a fraction of the cases.

    This commit splits dns_name_t into two types, one which contains the
    linked lists, and one that doesn't, and uses the former only when the
    linked lists are necessary.
