    Tests: Cover the sitemap provider base class.

    Add coverage for subtype data, sitemap entries, index entry filtering, and plain and pretty sitemap URLs in `WP_Sitemaps_Provider`. Use minimal concrete providers to exercise the shared base-class behavior.
