    Correct spelling of version number after sync-with-cpan

    When the podlators distribution was synched from cpan into blead in
    commit a0af54040 on Sep 10, an extra 'v' made it into the
    semantic-version version number.  This caused Porting/core-cpan-diff to
    claim that it was unable to locate the correct version for podlators.
